Vicky Jimenez brings 13 years of experience working in local nonprofits, including the Partnership for Children of Cumberland County. She has a drive and passion for advocacy and volunteering to support our community. She is a native of Fayetteville and completed her studies at UNC-Chapel Hill, Fayetteville State University, and Liberty University. She is the mother of 3 boys, Angelo, Dante’, and Julian, and the most precious puppy, Reginald. Vicky is committed to the mission of Catholic Charities and is excited to encourage, support, and work with our community.

Sara McCormick provides Immigration Legal representation as a DOJ Accredited Representative at Fayetteville Regional office. She has 8 years of Immigration Law experience and coordinates Informational meetings and workshops and is a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee at Catholic Charities. Prior joining the Immigration Legal services team, Sara worked for a transnational company in Mexico and US (South Carolina) in Human Resources for around 10 years. Sara has bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management General from a recognized University in Mexico City. Sara and her husband Horace have two children, Maya and Austin, and a westie named “Lobo”.
Charlotte Baggett – Delivery and Warehouse Associate

Charlotte graduated from Cornell University where she studied Distribution and Warehousing Management, Distribution Sanitation Practices, and Human Resources. Charlotte has a wealth of knowledge and experience in grocery retail distribution and logistics. This experience will help improve services offered at the Fayetteville Food Pantry and establish services offered by the Mobile Pantry. Charlotte loves to ride her motorcycle and work in her garden.

Dolores has an Associate of Business Administration and Management degree and over 20 years of experience as an Administrative Specialist. She has lived and worked in over 12 countries where she has used her bilingual skills to provide assistance to diplomats and US citizens as needed. Dolores became involved with the Fayetteville Office after volunteering and enjoying the experience of helping clients obtain the assistance they need. In her free time, Dolores enjoys walking, Zumba, playing Bunco, and spending time with family. She is also an avid reader and member of the East Regional Library Book Club.

Stephanie is a dedicated professional who embarked on her journey in social work with a Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in 2017. In addition, has acquired a Master’s in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Associate in North Carolina.
Her career at Catholic Charities, which began in 2017, has been marked by meaningful contributions. Initially joining as an Emergency Assistance Coordinator and Family Case Manager for the Tar River Region. In June 2023, Stephanie accepted a new role as a Clinical Family Support Specialist for the Newton Grove Region. Here, she applies her extensive experience to work with individuals, families, and couples, fostering healthy relationships and exploring emotions through diverse therapeutic techniques. Her specialization in trauma-focused work with children aged 18 and younger demonstrates a holistic approach to mental health.
Beyond her professional achievements, Stephanie finds joy in her personal life. She cherishes moments with family, friends, and her dog. An avid traveler, Stephanie has been fortunate to explore numerous countries in South America and Europe. She also has a love for television and film, inherited from her parents!
