- Mash the banana with a fork. It is ok to leave some chunks.
- Mix in all ingredients so that they are fully combined
- Place dollops of about 2 tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or tin foil.
- Freeze until solid.
- To make a smoothie: blend your smoothie bomb, some liquid (such as milk or juice), whatever fruits or veggies you like and maybe some yogurt!
