Catholic Charities, as the social service arm of the Diocese of Raleigh, provides services for vulnerable people within eastern North Carolina as we believe Christ would have us do. As He stated in Matthew 25, ‘Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’ We have a network of staff and partners who respond to legitimate immigration claims of individuals. We assist them to follow the established immigration laws and we help them to submit documents for improving their immigration status or reunifying with their family members. Additionally, Catholic Charities has prepared a plan to help individuals who are eligible for the expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) status. For more information, please download the approved plan which details:

  1. What Administrative Relief will include.
  2. How Catholic Charities is assisting individuals.
  3. What individuals need to know to avoid fraud and scams.
